COST:$2.00 per Youth ( Scouts & Venturers)
Please bring a $2 coin as no change will be given
Welcome to Gnomeville, the miniature land of the
Garden Gnome. They may be small, but like many a
human, the Garden Gnomes aspire to make the big time.
This is the story of a team of poor garden Gnomes
climbing the Property ladder and the trials and
tribulations they face to get to the
top...........................jumping through hoops to obtain
finance , negotiating with smooth talking real estate
agents to buy property , engaging professional
consultants such as Surveyors , dealing with corrupt
councillors whilst seeking approvals, sourcing scarce
materials for the construction of accommodation houses
and collecting rent from slow paying tenants
…………………all whilst avoiding Jail for misdemeanours
fabricated by the competition .
