This is the story about Joey Gnomey. In the last article, we learnt Joey attained the status of a millionaire , not in 6 months but over 40 years. His Journey from humble beginnings has not been easy. There have been a number of setbacks and challenges , such as arriving in in the “ Lucky Country “ of Gnomozzia believing that you would become a Millionaire in just 6 months and finding that to be untrue , working hard to make ends meet , negotiating favourable payment terms for his gang of cane cutters , dealing with difficult sellers , jumping through hoops to get a loan, expanding a small rental property portfolio and the ultimate challenge of working through the many facets of his Urban Village Development to make it happen. Joey looks back on his life and is now satisfied that he has accomplished many things. He thanks the Lucky Country for giving him the opportunity to succeed in life and bring a wonderful family into the community. Success is not always measured in money. Work hard at whatever you do, build on your essential skills and knowledge, be fair and honest in your dealings, do your best and you will succeed in whatever it is you do.
